2008 Slip Rate Schedule
-Slip sizes from 18' to 50'
-Summer season from $3990.00 to $10,900.00 (May1 to October 1)
-Winter season from $2400.00 to $3600.00
Short Term Renters:(short term rates apply to rentals of one month or less) Slip rentals must be paid in advance and in full at time of booking, and be reserved with a credit card. Check-in and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m. Rates do not include launch or haul-out fees. All reservations are final - NO REFUNDS will be issued unless cancellation is made 7 days in advance of reservation date. All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, even if re-rented.
Seasonal Renters:( Slip rentals must be paid in advance. Rates do not include launch or haul-out fees. All reservations are final! There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations unless slip can be re-rented for season. Original renter subject to 10% cancellation fee if re-rented.
Winter Season Renters: Winter rates indicated above apply to winter slip rentals from November 1st to April 30th. All reservations are final. There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations unless slip can be re-rented for season. Original renter subject to 10% cancellation fee if re-rented.
NOTE: Slip & Buoy rentals are filled from our Short Term or Seasonal waitlists. All persons interested in Short Term (one month or less) or Seasonal (May 1st - October 31st) rentals, must call (530) 583-1039 to inquire about availability and to request to be added to our waitlist(s). We are currently expanding our marina facilities and are adding 81 new slips that we anticipate will accommodate the substantial demand for moorings on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. The new slips are scheduled to become available in the summer of 2010 and will be filled from our wait lists.
ALL SLIP AND BUOY RENTERS ARE SUBJECT TO OUR LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
